Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative software solutions in a healthcare technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise-grade applications
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster technical excellence
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of progressive software development experience, including enterprise-level applications
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and with cloud platforms
• Previous experience in specialty pharmacy and/or HUB services is a plus
