Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to work on distributed storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

Determine user requirements for features and develop design documents with oversight
Create and implement code for products, services, or features while learning to break down work items into tasks
Monitor system/product features for degradation and recommend actions to restore service, while seeking knowledge to improve performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, and Java
Ability to meet security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Preferred: 1+ years of technical engineering experience with distributed systems and performance/latency troubleshooting
Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with relevant coding experience
