Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable REST API web services and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage builds and dependencies utilizing Maven and automate Linux system administration tasks with Bash scripts
• Design and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring robust service operation
• Implement Continuous Delivery pipelines and optimize cloud resource utilization using Infrastructure as Code tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• One year of experience in designing and implementing REST API web services using Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies like MongoDB
• Proficiency in designing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines with tools such as Jenkins and Docker
• Experience managing version control using Git and GitLab
