Key Responsibilities

• Build features across the platform to support user activation and conversion
• Iterate on key user flows and run A/B tests to improve activation metrics and drive growth

Required Qualifications

• At least 2-8+ years of software engineering experience with full stack development
• Independent and autonomous with a high standard for production systems
• Experience in building elegant and delightful product experiences
• Belief in the mission to build a better business model for writing
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
