• Assist in building and maintaining modules of the AIOps platform
• Contribute to data collection, cleaning, and transformation for analysis
• Support incident analysis and participate in root cause investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field
• 4+ years of programming experience with Python, Golang, or related languages
• Proficiency in shell scripting
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and virtualization technologies
