Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on software engineering and technical leadership experience
• Proven ability to guide teams through the software development lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and security best practices
• Experience with C#, .NET, TypeScript, and Angular
• Demonstrated success in mentoring others and promoting engineering best practices
