Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, test, and release new database features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot correctness, stability, or performance issues in a complex distributed system
• Identify and implement performance improvements and enhance database scalability

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise software or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with distributed systems, data replication, and high-availability architectures
• Hands-on experience with YugabyteDB or similar distributed SQL technologies
• Familiarity with modern application stacks (Spring Boot, Node.js, Golang, GraphQL)
