Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineer to support critical enterprise systems in the energy sector, focusing on mobile workforce management and meter data management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Mobile Workforce Management system and back up Meter Data Management System as needed
- Manage and support technology, including batch runs, troubleshooting, implementing changes, and writing reports
- Evaluate system performance, health, patching, and upgrades while supporting training efforts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with customer support of critical systems (applications)
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle Database/PL/SQL and setting up system connections
- 8+ years of experience with upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering complex enterprise applications
- 8+ years of experience with UNIX navigation, AIX/Linux, including shell scripting
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and Python
