Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to support critical enterprise systems in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Mobile Workforce Management system and back up Meter Data Management System as needed
• Manage system health, perform batch runs, troubleshoot issues, and implement customer-requested changes
• Evaluate system performance, conduct tuning, and provide sizing estimates for optimal operation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer support of critical systems (applications)
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Database/PL/SQL and setting up system connections
• 8+ years of experience in upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex enterprise applications
• 8+ years of experience with UNIX navigation and AIX/Linux, including shell scripting
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and Python
