Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-functioning engineering group focused on their Financials product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineers through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and career development
• Drive execution by planning and delivering work in an iterative manner while managing scope and removing blockers
• Partner cross-functionally with Product to ensure alignment and clear communication on project requirements and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers and 6+ years in software engineering or equivalent
• Alignment with company values, including curiosity, openness, and accountability
• Experience delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
• Familiarity with Java or other object-oriented programming languages
• Ability to thrive in remote work environments and manage multiple projects effectively
