Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Knowledge Informatics.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and execute data ETL, management, and engineering
Develop user interfaces for curation and data maintenance tools based on user requirements
Enhance data processing effectiveness and improve workflows for clinical operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a comparable program with 3+ years of experience
Experience in Python, R, or C++
Experience in data ETL, management, and sharing for genomic applications
Knowledge of SQL database management systems and database architecture
DevOps experience such as unit testing and CI/CD is a plus
