Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to develop and enhance their platform for non-residential demand response programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop front-end or back-end solutions with a focus on high-quality code and automated testing
• Collaborate with product managers and internal teams on high-impact projects
• Contribute to best practices for CI/CD and iterative development

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience developing the full software development lifecycle in either a front-end or back-end framework
• Proficiency in Python or SQL
• Experience with Java (preferably Java 11+) or a modern SPA framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs
