Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 1 year of experience with information technology concepts and application development methodology
• 3 years of systems and programming experience
• 1 year of expert knowledge in at least one programming language
• Proven skills in analysis, design, and coding for large and complex projects
