Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to support IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity objectives while ensuring compliance with security and data-quality standards
Design, build, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management module
Conduct requirements gathering, coding, automated testing, and technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform
Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow core modules and custom app development
Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
