Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the Azure Database for PostgreSQL team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write secure, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and iterate on designs
• Participate in code reviews and take accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, GO, or Python
• Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
• 1+ years of technical engineering experience is preferred
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms is a plus
