Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development
Experience implementing team-wide process/tooling changes
Understanding of developer tool chains, including IDEs and compilers
Ability to identify tradeoffs in scaling companies
Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Postgres is a plus
