• Alternative qualifications accepted: PhD or Law Degree with 3 years; Master's Degree with 4 years; Associate's Degree with 6 years; High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead the development of technical solutions from problem assessment to implementation
• Experience in managing solution delivery within an agile framework
• Strong communication and advisory skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
