Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable solutions for their HR platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern architectures, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Own features end-to-end from requirements clarification through development, testing, and production release
• Develop AI-powered automation tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade software in a SaaS or product-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with modern development stacks, including AWS and web technologies like TypeScript and React/Next.js
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, including Agile practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet delivery commitments in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to AI/ML APIs or LLM-based integrations is a plus
