Key Responsibilities

• Develop experiments across the product and onboarding flows to optimize acquisition and activation metrics
• Partner with Product and Design to identify high-impact experiment hypotheses based on data and user research
• Instrument tracking and build dashboards to measure experiment outcomes and inform iteration

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Excellent debugging and technical investigation skills
• Ability to move fast and iterate with a focus on delivering user value
• A data-driven mindset
• Experience collaborating in an asynchronous remote environment
