Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end experiments in 1-2 week cycles, prototyping and shipping to real customers
• Work directly with operators in various industries to address real problems through experimentation
• Build an evaluation framework to facilitate rapid and confident decision-making within the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features to real users
• Proficiency across the stack, including frontend, API, prompts, and evaluations
• Experience in building 0-to-1 products and navigating ambiguity
• Demonstrated self-direction in identifying and pursuing important problems
• A portfolio showcasing side projects or open source work related to idea generation and development
