Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer 3, Data - Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable Java-based data processing pipelines using big data technologies
Develop high-quality product features using Server-Side Java and other open source Java libraries
Work within standard engineering practices to deliver product features efficiently

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience programming in Java
Experience in Big Data technologies like MapReduce, Spark, and HBase
Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS/NoSQL databases
Experience working with Cloudera/EMR distribution in AWS
Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technologies in the big data ecosystem
