Key Responsibilities

• Build a marketplace of products ensuring safety and privacy for guests and hosts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and refine fraud detection requirements
• Develop and operate machine learning models and enhance risk investigation tools for efficient decision-making

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering in a fast-paced tech environment
• Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, C++, or equivalent
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to define product/technical strategy
• Exposure to machine learning or a strong interest in the field
