Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain core components of the platform using AI development tools
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
Translate complex health benefits requirements into technical solutions and optimize system performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment
Direct experience with React Framework, PostGreSQL Database, Django Framework & GraphQL
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go)
Experience building cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP
