Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to work in a fast-paced, remote environment focusing on building and scaling core products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve core products, including feature development and performance enhancements
• Write Ruby code for external-facing RESTful APIs and internal GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product issues and create internal tools

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Good understanding of GraphQL and related frameworks
• Experience with AWS technologies and building production REST APIs
• Preferred 2+ years of experience with Docker and container orchestration
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL
