A company is looking for a Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement various MCP tools for managed servers and the open-source MCP Toolbox for Databases
• Expand test coverage and functionality for tools utilized by agentic coding assistants
• Refactor legacy components and maintain high-quality test suites for the MCP Toolbox for Databases

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with various database engines
• Proven experience in expanding test coverage for complex AI tools
• Familiarity with Agentic workflows and AI model interactions
• Strong background in refactoring code for scalability and maintaining open-source repositories
