Key Responsibilities
- Manage the codebase, including code review and architectural decisions
- Monitor operational metrics and propose changes based on data analysis
- Collaborate with clinical and product stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and integrate feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software
- Fluency in Python and TypeScript
- Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
- Experience with production cloud services (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
- Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
