Software Engineer

Job Summary

Software Engineer is a full-time remote position responsible for owning and evolving a survey application using Ruby on Rails, leveraging AI in the development process, and managing the full lifecycle of the application.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the survey application including design, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Build and maintain features using Ruby on Rails across the full stack
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and ensure system reliability

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (5+ years preferred)
• Full stack development experience (frontend + backend)
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in AWS
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade systems
• Ability to work independently as the sole engineer on a product
