Job Summary

Software Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for developing onboarding workflows, managing documentation requirements, and supporting infrastructure for worker document processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the onboarding workflow for new workers
• Manage documentation requirements for facilities, including regulatory compliance
• Support the infrastructure for parsing, extracting, and validating worker documents

Required Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Node/NestJS, MongoDB, and Postgres
• Strong understanding of backend complexities and full-stack development
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on product development
• Ability to handle credential validation and compliance logic
• Experience in document processing at scale
