Software Engineer

Job Summary

Software Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for developing payment flows, fraud detection, and invoicing systems to ensure timely and accurate payments for workers and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain payment flows, including instant pay and facility invoicing
• Implement fraud detection and prevention measures
• Ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation for worker payments and facility billing

Required Qualifications

• Experience with transaction systems and payment infrastructure
• Familiarity with financial data handling at scale
• Proficiency in Node/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, and AWS
• Ability to understand the business impact of technical solutions
• Strong ownership of high-stakes systems and willingness to address issues proactively
