Job Summary

Software Engineer, responsible for developing AI-powered systems and tools for product quality infrastructure in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered systems to synthesize customer feedback and enhance product decision-making
• Build dashboards and data pipelines for real-time visibility into product quality and bug trends
• Create intelligent bug intake and triage systems to improve prioritization and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional project delivery and technical systems
• Proven ability to build internal tools and operations infrastructure
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, from database to UI
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tools
• Familiarity with integrating third-party platforms such as ticketing systems and CRMs
