Software Engineer

Job Summary

Software Engineer, responsible for leading high-priority initiatives in a full-time remote role, focusing on taking projects from concept to delivery while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take problems from concept to shipped product, managing the full arc from discovery to handoff
• Build and implement agentic workflows and supporting infrastructure to enable rapid development
• Run prototypes with real users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in taking projects from inception to production in a startup or similar environment
• Experience building agentic systems, including multi-step agents and evaluations
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, capable of developing both backend and frontend components
• Product judgment with the ability to distinguish between demos and functional products
• Willingness to abandon unsuccessful projects and learn from failures
