Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Software Engineer will troubleshoot AI behavior, partner with engineers to resolve issues, and enhance platform performance across intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues related to AI systems and backend integrations
• Identify root causes of technical problems and propose improvements to AI agents and workflows
• Train internal users on AI tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user issues into actionable improvements

Required qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Support, QA, SDET, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Experience with API testing and reading logs for debugging purposes
• Strong interest or exposure to AI/LLM-based systems through coursework or projects
• Willingness to learn and use AI-powered development tools
