Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology initiative, the full-time salaried Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions that meet functional, performance, and security requirements
• Provide technical oversight to engineering teams through code reviews, design validation, and troubleshooting
• Mentor engineers and advocate for engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production applications
• Extensive experience in the fintech space, specifically with payment and transaction software
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, along with experience in front-end technologies like Angular or React
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
