Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Software Engineer for a full-time remote position focused on building user-facing and platform experiences within the Platform Consumption Console team, where they will design and implement full stack solutions that integrate AI-driven capabilities into HR and Finance workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and ship full stack solutions, from front-end experiences to resilient backend services
• Implement user experience on data touch points and enable machine learning solutions
• Develop and maintain complex data ingestion pipelines and ensure accurate billing calculations

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including designing and deploying software solutions
• 3+ years of experience in XO development and delivering enterprise-grade online applications
• Solid understanding of algorithmic thinking and experience with large-scale ETL transformations
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, specifically CloudFormation or AWS CDK
• Experience with API development, including RESTful principles and AWS API Gateway integration
