Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative API solutions, the full-time Software Engineer will work remotely to create reliable and scalable Process API solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Process API solutions that align with organizational goals
• Utilize journey feedback and operational data to enhance customer interactions and reduce friction
• Collaborate with various teams to address business capability gaps and continuously improve system operations

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and supporting modern Process API solutions
• Hands-on experience with Java-based API development, particularly using frameworks like Spring Boot
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-team collaboration
• Knowledge of API design best practices, including security and performance optimization
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
