Job Summary

As a full-time Software Engineer on the Servicing Engineering team, the successful candidate will architect, design, and implement software applications that enhance internal servicing tools and customer support workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and implement software applications for internal servicing tools and customer support workflows
  • Build new features end to end, including early stage initiatives supporting customer servicing and operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and external vendors to deliver integrations and tooling at scale
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in fintech, banking, or consumer technology
  • Experience building, shipping, and scaling customer-facing or internal platform products
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices
  • Familiarity with banking systems, financial transactions, APIs, and security standards
  • Ability to work independently with a high bar for execution and mentoring others
