Job Summary
As a full-time Software Engineer on the Servicing Engineering team, the successful candidate will architect, design, and implement software applications that enhance internal servicing tools and customer support workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement software applications for internal servicing tools and customer support workflows
- Build new features end to end, including early stage initiatives supporting customer servicing and operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and external vendors to deliver integrations and tooling at scale
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in fintech, banking, or consumer technology
- Experience building, shipping, and scaling customer-facing or internal platform products
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices
- Familiarity with banking systems, financial transactions, APIs, and security standards
- Ability to work independently with a high bar for execution and mentoring others
