Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Menu team as a full-time remote Software Engineer, the successful candidate will manage and develop systems for handling billions of menu records, ensuring real-time accuracy and performance for customer operations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to discussions and development decisions while handling small-to-medium features independently
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in peer code reviews, and collaborate with Product to refine requirements
• Engage in troubleshooting, deployment, and monitoring of services, while contributing to the delivery pipeline and participating in on-call duties

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in the .Net/C# ecosystem and experience with version control tools like GitHub
• Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) principles and experience with unit and integration testing
• Knowledge of distributed systems and building scalable, resilient services
