Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of an AI observability platform, the full-time remote Software Engineer will design and implement solutions across the stack, focusing on high-performance data ingestion, inference pipelines, and customer-facing interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Obsess over customer problems and prioritize shipping for velocity and impact
• Ship across the stack, including agent, backend, infrastructure, and frontend components
• Define and implement AI-native engineering practices, ensuring agents have the necessary context and tooling

Required qualifications

• Proficient in AI-native engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode
• Experience building data-intensive systems at scale with a strong understanding of distributed systems principles
• Modern systems programming experience, preferably in Rust, and strong fluency in Python
• Production experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and event streaming technologies (Kafka or equivalent)
• Familiarity with React for frontend development to deliver functionality to end users
