Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time temporary Software Engineer to work remotely, responsible for designing and maintaining full-stack internal tools, automating workflows, and establishing technical best practices for the legal department.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack internal tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Automate processes and workflows using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and provide technical counsel

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a software engineer, with proficiency in Java and Python
• Experience developing command-line interfaces and shell scripts in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems
• Ability to travel domestically 0-2 times per year
