Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving innovation in clinical and patient-facing applications, the full-time Software Engineer II will tackle technical challenges, provide mentorship to offshore teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a fully remote setting while working in Central or Eastern time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within an agile engineering team to design and implement software solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to offshore team members
• Engage with business partners to recommend technology decisions for complex healthcare integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of experience as a software engineer, including proficiency with WebAPI, .NET technologies, C#, React, Azure, and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR standards is preferred
