Job Summary

Joining the NFL Universe Football team, the full-time remote Software Engineer will build and launch engaging gameplay features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance player experiences through high-quality technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch features that delight millions of players daily
• Own and deliver gameplay features end-to-end, from implementation through release and iteration
• Monitor live features, analyze performance, and proactively address issues

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of Roblox or relevant game development experience
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and problem-solving
• Experience shipping features or games in a production environment
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to work independently on feature development with moderate guidance
