Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on cloud-based metering and billing for Helios products, the full-time Software Engineer will build and maintain bookkeeping systems and integrations that drive significant cloud revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring fellow engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and decision-making for large, impactful projects on the cloud platform
• Design and implement new capabilities across networking, control plane, and managed service infrastructure
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer requirements into robust technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing and debugging system-level software in Golang or a similar language
• Familiarity with distributed systems managed via Kubernetes
• Demonstrated ability to design and build highly reliable, high-performance system software
• Experience in environments where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
