Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the student loan segment of a federal government debt collection program, the full-time remote Software Engineer will deliver high-quality, compliant software solutions while owning end-to-end technical delivery and ensuring adherence to federal security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for development, enhancements, and defect resolution within the ArtivaRM platform
• Ensure compliance with federal security, data privacy, and operational requirements while supporting audit readiness
• Investigate and resolve software defects, maintaining system performance and reliability in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep hands-on experience with ArtivaRM
• Strong experience developing software within structured SDLC frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, or SQL
• Working knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle
