Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking mid and senior-level Software Engineers for a remote contract-to-hire position, who will develop high-quality software solutions by leveraging Agile principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet product objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the assigned product and its business roadmap
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using C#, SQL, and web frameworks
• Contribute to the technical direction of the product while ensuring code quality and performance through reviews and unit testing

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong technical skills, particularly in C#, SQL, and web frameworks
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Proven ability to mentor and support other engineers
