Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic product team, mid and senior-level Software Engineers will work remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, developing high-quality software solutions and influencing technical decisions through Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned product and its business objectives
• Write clean, efficient code using C#, SQL, and web frameworks while ensuring high standards for code quality
• Drive complex technical projects to completion, mentoring other engineers and fostering a collaborative culture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong technical skills with in-depth knowledge of C#, SQL, and web frameworks
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and drive projects independently
