Software Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a team of Data Scientists, the full-time Software Engineer will focus on deploying real-time models, managing large-scale data sets, and building data transformation pipelines in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the deployment of new risk models and scores in production
• Build custom workflows and manage data transformation pipelines for geospatial data
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure reliable solutions for large-scale data sets

Required qualifications

• Approximately two years of industry experience writing Python in a professional software or ML engineering context
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Hands-on experience working in a shared codebase with collaborative development practices
• Strong Python fundamentals and a track record of writing clean, maintainable code
• Solid data engineering skills, including SQL and experience with workflow tools like Airflow or Spark
