Seeking a full-time Software Engineer focused on platform development, the role involves scaling and maturing the mortgage market platform while contributing to the overall engineering guidelines and frameworks in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale distributed systems with complex data dependencies
• Set guidelines and frameworks for technical tooling and organizational growth
• Engage in performance engineering across various platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in scaling distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in C# or other statically typed languages (Kotlin, Go, Java)
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience in performance engineering within relevant domains
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with flexible schedules
