Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in the Flowable BPM/workflow platform, this full-time contract position will focus on designing and implementing business process automation solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development practices in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions to address complex business needs
• Facilitates complex problem resolution and provides technical guidance and support to colleagues
• Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software while applying modern principles and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Flowable (BPM engine, workflow, case management, or DMN)
• Basic proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT)
• Java or Spring Boot development experience
• Ability to model, deploy, and maintain business process definitions
• 5+ years of overall software development experience
