Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Software Engineer with pension experience, this role will lead technical initiatives, develop complex software solutions, and provide mentorship while ensuring application security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly complex software, including troubleshooting and debugging existing applications
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with team members to align applications with organizational goals
• Conduct complex analysis and documentation for software projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
• Advanced experience with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, ASP.NET MVC with C#, and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
• In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices
