Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Software Engineer focused on the AskCR product, this full-time position will develop and maintain the AskCR chatbot, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative features, and integrate AI technologies to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain the AskCR chatbot and associated features for seamless integration across platforms
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate user needs into innovative features
• Implement scalable APIs and services using Python and FastAPI while integrating OpenAI's LLMs to enhance chatbot capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in Python and web development frameworks, particularly FastAPI
• Experience integrating and deploying AI solutions using OpenAI's GPT models or similar LLM technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud services, containerization, and deployment best practices
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams
